Service Advisor/Counter Sales

Located in Fond Du Lac, WI

Salary: $20.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm 

Pay: $20.00/HR

Duties: 

• Provide a high level of customer service by greeting customers, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries or complaints promptly

• Assess customer needs for products and service repairs; sell tires and service work to meet customer and company goals

• Prepare and present accurate quotes for products and services

• Schedule service work based on customer convenience and shop capacity

• Open and prepare the store for business each day

• Perform store closing duties, including securing the building and making daily bank deposits

• Maintain a clean, professional showroom, customer lounge, and restroom

• Ensure a safe and clean shop floor and overall work environment

• Arrange and maintain tire and merchandise displays inside and outside the building; update message boards

• Receive, inventory, and organize tires by size and type

• Use company vehicle to shuttle customers or pick up/drop off supplies

• Stay informed about sales goals, performance figures, and market developments

• Attend and participate in store meetings

• Support other areas of the business as needed

• Participate in ongoing technical and educational training

• Perform other duties as assigned or to expand knowledge and skills

Qualifications: 

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

• Valid driver’s license

• Basic computer aptitude and comfort with point‑of‑sale or service software

• Ability to multitask in a busy retail/service environment

• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities

• Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑oriented mindset
