Salary: $22/hr to $25/hr

The Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an Accounts Receivable & Chargeback Analyst position for a company globally recognized as a leader in the travel luggage industry offering exceptional value, modern design, and excellent quality.

Job Summary:

• Support a portfolio of major customers in the United States and Canada.
• Apply payments daily against hundreds of invoice lines, verify discounts taken, and initiate and manage payment disputes for questioned chargebacks and deductions taken by customers.
• Work to promptly resolve aged invoices and lower the Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) metric.
• Have significant contact with both internal sales & operations departments and external customers to resolve billing and payment issues as they arise.

 

Pay/Benefits:

• Direct Hire, $22hr-$25hr
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance

• Paid time-off (PTO) beginning with 8 hrs/mo for the first 3 years
• 10 Paid holiday

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (30 minute lunch)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Associates degree in accounting or related field (Preferred)

• Three (3) years of accounting experience
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• Prior experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Nav is a plus).
• Prior experience with large retailer supplier portals is a plus.

• The candidate shall have high attention-to-detail, and strong communication and time management skills.
