Located in Columbia, SC
Salary: $15.50- $20/hr
Express Employment Professionals are now hiring Customer Service Representatives for a local insurance company.
On-site, Monday- Friday 1st shift (times vary)

- Provides prompt, accurate, thorough and courteous responses to all customer inquiries.
- Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries.
- Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries.
- Accurately documents inquiries.
- Initiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries.
- 1 year of Retail Customer Service Experience (CS I)
- 2 years of Call Center Customer Service Experience (CS II)
- 3+ years of Call center Customer Service Experience (CS III) or Bachelors degree in lieu of experience
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to meet background and drug testing requirements.
