Express Employment Professionals are now hiring Customer Service Representatives for a local insurance company.

On-site, Monday- Friday 1st shift (times vary) 

Pay: $15.50-20/hr 


Job Duties: 

  • Provides prompt, accurate, thorough and courteous responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries.
  • Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries. 
  • Accurately documents inquiries.
  • Initiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications Needed: 

  • 1 year of Retail Customer Service Experience (CS I) 
  • 2 years of Call Center Customer Service Experience (CS II) 
  • 3+ years of Call center Customer Service Experience (CS III) or Bachelors degree in lieu of experience 
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM 
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to meet background and drug testing requirements.
