General Superintendent for a Commercial Construction company in Clarence, NY!

Pay: $95k-$100k/year (based on experience)

Hours: Day shift / M-F

Responsibilities of the General Superintendent:

Overseeing Project Superintendents: Assist in the Management all Project Superintendents
Experienced in all major work items and trade work involved in a Commercial
Construction Project – New Builds and Renovations
Comprehension of Project Plans, Specifications and other requirements
Proactive Attitude and Great Organizational Skills
Tactful Communicator
Project Scheduling Coordination and Oversight
Reviewing and Verification of all Daily Time Logs and Daily Field Reports by each Project Superintendent – coordinate changes as needed
Oversight of Project Subcontractors & Suppliers
Coordination with Owners, Architects & Engineers
Supervising Trade Workers: Assist in the Supervision all Trade Workers
Provide proper planning and scheduling of all trade Workers when required on each project
Assist in determination, purchasing and delivery of all materials and equipment required for each major task
Monitor work performance, productivity and safe work practices
Coordinate and Manage all Safety training systems
Coordination with and Supervision of all Temporary Trade Workers
Coordination with Warehouse Manager
Review all Project Supervisor Daily Time Logs to verify all trade work used on project is accurate
