Salary: $15.00/hr.
We’re seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Machine Operator for a growing company in Pepin, WI. This team-oriented role will be responsible for setting up and running metal fabrication machines including drill presses, shears, and grinders. Duties will also include pulling material for jobs and work centers. A desired candidate is able to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and is highly organized and hard working. This role works internally with other staff and management to complete production goals on a daily and weekly basis. Must be able to set up and operate machines on trial runs to verify accuracy of machine/motor settings. This position will also load and unload products from machines once completed.
