Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a beauty retailer in CAPE CORAL! The purchase volume has increased and they need to add a new Customer Service Representative to their team!

 

This is a family owned and run company that offers a fun and exciting work environment.

 

Daily Job Duties:

• Take inbound calls from customers looking to purchase product
• Advise and upsell on the best product for the customer
• Provide pricing options, take payment, and confirm orders
• Assist with shipping information
• Follow up on orders and their status
• Answer customer questions and address concerns

 

Requirements:

• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong customer service skills
• Friendly and professional phone voice and demeanor
• Reliable, dependable, flexible

 

 

Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM / Monday through Friday

Salary offered: $16.00 - $17.00/hour – Bonuses provided based on company sales!!!!
