Sales Representative, Locking Security Hardware, $50K+commission

We are helping a successful, third-generation company headquartered in Noblesville, IN find their next Sales Representative. Our client manufactures, sells, and installs locking security products dedicated to keeping businesses and individuals safe. You will sell to commercial, government, healthcare, education, and property management companies in Indiana and parts of Illinois, Michigan, and Kentucky.
Our client requires current or prior locking security hardware experience, either as an inside/outside Sales Representative, or as an Installer.
This job opportunity is a direct placement paying $50,000 base plus unlimited commission. Expected income your first year is $75,000, and established sales reps earn $100K+ annually.

What will you do as the Sales Representative?
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote and sell products in the Indiana region.
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, networking, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique security needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct engaging sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our client''s security products.
Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to post-sales support.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation to track progress and measure performance against targets.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
What will you bring to the table as the Sales Representative?
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the security products industry or related field.
Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a tenacious drive to achieve sales success.
Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a diverse client portfolio.
Tech-savvy, proficient in using software and other sales tools.
Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
