Process Engineer - Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize process sequences.
• Inspect machinery and equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Collect and analyze production data.
• Develop efficient working practices through observation and analysis.
• Foster open communication with our dedicated production team.
• Keep the President and General Manager informed of your activities.
• Collaborate across departments as needed.
• Provide essential data and documentation support.

 

 

Process Engineer - Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in plastic engineering technology, manufacturing engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• We'll consider candidates with an Associate's degree in engineering and at least one year of experience in injection molding.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and a team player.
• Willingness to engage with production workers on the shop floor.
• Availability for overtime and weekend work.
