Express Employment Professionals are now hiring Customer Service Representatives for a local insurance company.

On-site, Monday- Friday 1st shift (times vary)

Pay: $15-17/hr

Job Duties:

Provides prompt, accurate, thorough and courteous responses to all customer inquiries.
Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries.
Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries.
Accurately documents inquiries.
Initiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications Needed:

1 year of Claims Processing experience OR bachelor's degree in lieu of experience
Call- Center Customer Service Experience Preferred
Ability to type 30+ WPM
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to meet background and drug testing requirements.
