Install Assistant

Overview:
A reputable local HVAC company is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join their team as an Install Assistant. This position offers the potential for growth into a full Installer role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and organize the truck each morning to ensure all necessary tools and equipment are ready for the day’s installs
• Support the installer with daily HVAC installations
• Move equipment, tools, and supplies as needed
• Assist with site preparation and clean-up at the end of each day

Pay:
$20/hour, DOE

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent professionalism and customer service skills
• Ability to perform general labor tasks and work in a physically demanding environment
