Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Technician Team Leader for Cowlitz County. Flexibility is essential as schedule hours vary.

Job Description:

• Full time cleaning duties, leading and working along with partner, checking the quality of the work, reading job notes and guiding partner. 
• Cleaning technician duties: vacuum, sweep, dust, mop and perform all aspects of cleaning.
• Sanitizing, cleaning floors, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms. 

 

Schedules: Part time and Full time positions

Monday-Friday and Sunday-Thursday between the hours of 4pm-1am 

 

Requirements:

• Know how to read a map and/or have a GPS to locate the clients
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable mode of transportation
• Have an eye for detail and take pride in their work
• The ability to lift 20lbs and able to push/pull 50lbs on occasion.
• Be on time each day for work
• Introduce yourself and be friendly and courteous to all clients
• Clean your area of responsibility in all facilities assigned to your team each day
• Always utilize apron, top-to-bottom and left-to-right cleaning system
• Help to maintain cleanliness of all company equipment and tools
• Prevent any loss of supplies and equipment, checking all cleaning rags in and out each day and returning soiled fibers at the end of each scheduled working day
• Strong communication skills
• Prepare for next home/day by returning all empty bottles to the office in specified container and organizing vehicle
• Communicate and work efficiently with Cleaning Partners
• Follow all company policies and procedures as specified in the employee handbook

Experience

• Previous cleaning experience is a plus

Pay is hourly at $17.00/hr
