Job Description: We are currently seeking a Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering phones, handling customer inquiries, performing data entry tasks on our internal system, and assisting clients with their insurance accounts. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
• Learning and utilizing our internal data entry system to perform necessary tasks
• Communicating with clients in English and Spanish to provide information and support related to their insurance accounts
• Assisting customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and general account management
• Maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating a strong work ethic in a dynamic environment
• Ensuring excellent customer service by delivering accurate and timely information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication skills)
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Demonstrated positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
