Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Administrative Support:

    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
    • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
    • Maintain and organize office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
    • Manage and update company databases and records.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Operational Support:
      • Assist in coordinating transportation schedules and logistics.
      • Support the operations team with administrative tasks related to transportation services.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with transportation and logistics industry is a plus.

** Work schedule: Tue-Sat.

Tue and Wed 10am-7pm and Thurs, Fri and Sat 8am-5pm
