Licensed Insurance CSR

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who knows how to get results and enjoy themselves while doing it! We are searching for a qualified, licensed insurance CSR.

 

What we need from you:

Assists clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their needs, preferences, and budgets.

Identify prospective clients through leads and referrals.

Schedules client meetings.

Performs follow-up calls as needed.

Advise on insurance coverage.

Conducts periodic policy reviews.

Prepares insurance proposals.

Completes requirements and submits to underwriters.

Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients.

Identify opportunities to cross sell additional products.

Maintain accurate records of clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Educate clients on insurance policies and coverage.

Provide policy proceeds after clients’ submitted claims are approved.

Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria.

Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Must be qualified, licensed insurance agent (215, 440, 215)

Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience.

Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.)

Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis

**COMMERCIAL experience would be EXTREMELY Helpful**
