Looking for a Material Handler to join a thriving manufacturing company in the Flathead Valley. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and contributing to the success of a dynamic team.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of incoming deliveries, ensuring the correct quantity and quality of materials.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transfer materials around the campus.
• Label products and organize them in designated storage areas.
• Identify and locate products for deliveries and process returns with proper documentation.
• Conduct safety checks on all material handling equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Monitor inventory levels, convey purchasing needs, and conduct visual and cycle counts.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to address issues like missing packages, incorrect deliveries, or damaged goods.
• Return unused materials from production jobs to stock efficiently.
• Receive and organize incoming parts and products.
• Deliver parts and materials to various departments on campus as needed.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records, both electronically and in hardcopy formats.
• Research and communicate order statuses to stakeholders via email, phone, or in-person.
• Track shipments and maintain records retention systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic Computer Skills: Ability to navigate electronic record systems and communicate via email.
• Warehouse Experience: Familiarity with warehouse environments and processes.
• Forklift Proficiency: Prior experience in forklift operation is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20-50 lbs and work in a physically active role.
