Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Maintenance Tech with a great company located in the Bradenton, FL area. $16-19/hr will pay more for experience
Duties Include: - Fixing doors, replacing locks- Repair and trouble shoot plumbing. - Install ceiling fans, replace drywall etc. - Other duties as assigned
Requirements:- High School Diploma/GED- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm- Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background check - 2-3 years of prior Property maintenance experience required- Experience with Hvac preferred but not required. - Must be okay with being on call on the weekends if needed.
