Customer Service Representative
Located in Winston-Salem, NC
We are recruiting for a customer service representative for a long-term call center position.
Responsible for answering inbound calls, correspondence with policy holders and agents, ability to explain complex premium histories with system / data research as needed and the ability to process daily work flow as assigned. The call volume is approx. 60 -80 inbound calls/ day.
Experience with Life or Annuity Insurance is preferred, 2+ years of call center experience required.
Associate will need general knowledge of PC usage (MS Word / Excel/ Access) and must have established customer service skills, organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with HIPPA & time sensitive issues .
Schedule is 8:00am – 5:30 pm, associate must be able to work in office for up to 20 weeks and then position is remote/hybrid.
