Do you want to get trained as a machine operator? The Bander Machine Operator selects correct programs for part runs. Reloads banding, glue, and cleaning agents into machine. Cleans and helps inspect/change cutters and scrapers as needed. Completes workers in ERP system accurately. Assists in changeover to different edge thicknesses and widths. Understands and can perform minor corrections to maintain applied edge quality standards. 

 

Essential job duties may include:

• Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and dollies to load & offload parts as they come off of the Banding Machine
• Assist Banding Machine Operator with loading machine
• Clean and wipe down parts as they come off of the machines
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Communicate with other employees and management to avoid any mistakes or to address concerns for improvement
• Always follow safety requirements and work safely always
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Other tasks as needed

• Standing continuously

 

Hours/Shift: Day and Swing Shift Available Day: 6:00am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday. Swing: 3:00pm-11:30pm, Sunday-Thursday. Overtime available.

 

Pay: $17.50/hour Day Shift & $18.50/hour Swing Shift
