Landscape Maintenance Technician

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Technicians to maintain commercial properties to the highest standards. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors, and can operate independently while delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Mow and maintain commercial properties using zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, and other landscaping equipment
• Safely operate and transport equipment, including pulling and maneuvering a 6x12 trailer between job sites
• Complete assigned routes efficiently while maintaining a clean, professional property appearance
• Ensure all properties are serviced on schedule with consistent quality standards
• Inspect and care for equipment to prevent damage and ensure safe operation
• Maintain clear, professional job sites free of debris or hazards

What Success Looks Like:

• All assigned properties are completed on time with consistent quality
• Routes are completed independently with minimal supervision
• Equipment and property are maintained without damage
• Strong time management and efficient workflow across multiple job sites

Qualifications:

• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience required
• Experience operating zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment preferred
• Ability to safely tow and maneuver a trailer strongly preferred (higher pay range available for qualified candidates)
• Basic knowledge of lawn care techniques and property maintenance standards
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions for extended periods
• Frequent walking, standing, and operating equipment for long durations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
