Property Maintenance Technician

Salary: $15.00/hour to $20.00/hour

We are looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to work in New Orleans. The Property Maintenance Technician works with a team responsible for the overall interior and exterior maintenance of the property.

Pay Range: $15 - $20 / hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Appliance repair
• Repair/replace light bulbs, globes, or fixtures
• Repair/replace windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, and closets.
• Assist in the repair/replacement/removal of appliances.
• Repair/replace faucets, sink plugs, and washers.
• Repair/replace curtains, mini-blinds, and ceiling fans.
• Repair/replace sinks, bathtubs, and showers.
• Repair/replace flooring materials.
• Picks up exterior & interior litter
• Empty and sanitize trash containers.
• Replacing sheetrock and paint.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in property maintenance required
