Support Specialist - Tier 2

Salary: $22.00 - $26.00/hour

An electric engineering company in Boulder is seeking a Tier 2 Support Specialist to ensure effective support to clients by providing the technical expertise to resolve requests in a timely and accurate manner. Job duties for Tier 2 Support Specialist include:  

 

• Providing high- quality technical support for the company’s products and customer base
• Deliver solutions by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers to both technical and non-technical end users to resolve issues and answer questions.
• Improve support practices wherever possible.

 

Location: Boulder, CO 

Position Type: Full-time 

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00/hour 

Schedule:   Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

 

 

• Qualifications:Working knowledge of solar industry best practicesis preferred. Help Desk experience is preferred.
