Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Surgery Scheduler for a Tyler, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings, they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

• This is an evaluation hire position where you will work on a probationary period of 90 days
• Because we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
• You are paid weekly

In this Role you Will:

• Input data for new patients
• Answering outbound and inbound calls 
• Schedule new and current patients' appointments on the appropriate physician's schedule.
• Update patient information on existing accounts when necessary
• Work up worker's comp referral input and call patient to schedule
• Call PCP offices to get necessary referral authorizations on certain insurances.

We like to hear from candidates with:

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong computer skills
• excellent organizational skills 
• Detail oriented skills
• Insurance authorizations experience
