Salary: $20 to $40 hr

Overview: We are seeking experienced HVAC Installers to join our client’s team in North Kitsap. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Install HVAC systems in accordance with company and industry standards
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
• Ensure all installations and repairs are performed in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of an HVAC training program or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies
• Experience in installation of ductless mini-split systems
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Will provide if needing update)

Hours/Shift:
Full Time Monday to Friday 7:00am-4.00pm

Pay:
$20 to $40/ hour depending on previous experience and current certifications
