Job Summary:
Insurance Company in Pensacola is looking for an Office Assistant that is experienced in providing professional customer service. The insurance business as a whole is experiencing price increases out of their control. The Office Assistant will be able to professionally, and confidently speak to clients , and address their frustrations/concerns when it comes to pricing.

Location: Pensacola
Position Type: Evaluation Hire/ Full Time
Pay: $13.00
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications:
Ability to Answer phones professionally and courteously.
Ability to work autonomously.
Experience with 3+ phone lines
Experience using Microsoft software.
Skilled in De-Escalation techniques
Experience with Data Entry

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma

Atleast 1 year work history with inbound/outbound calls and/or 1 year work history working in an office setting.
