M-F, 8-5

Responsibilities:

• Order entry
• Problem resolution 
• Maintain customer accounts
• Provide top notch customer service
• Phone and email correspondence
• Facilitate order fulfillment process

Requirements:

• 3 years of non-retail, CSR experience
• B2B experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and presentation; Great communication skills and positive
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and work well under pressure/deadlines
• Good computer skills…Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Needs to have great time management skills
