Chamber Assembler

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:00pm 
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am (training on 1st shift)
• $17.34 per hour (starting for 1st)
• $19.34 per hour (starting for 2nd)

This position is responsible for assembling thermal chambers. You will assemble components, wire harnesses & metal parts as specified by schematics, diagrams, & manufacturing instructions using hand & power tools. 

A Typical Day Will Include:

• Performing electrical assembly processes using power tools such as drills, grinders, pneumatic rivet guns, & dremel tools 
• Pressurizing chamber systems using nitrogen & refrigerant
• Using HVAC equipment such as manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, & micron gauges 
• Cutting, deburring, & swaging copper
• Aligning & clamping work pieces together
• Watching gauges & dials to make sure machines are working properly 
• Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify cause of errors or defects

• Good work attendance & a positive attitude
• An understanding of & the ability to interpret manufacturing work instructions
• Previous electronics or HVAC experience - at least 1 year 
• Good hand/eye coordination with a strong attention to detail  
• Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements: 

• Lifting at least 10lbs, up to 50lbs as needed
• Ability to stand for entire shift 
• Frequent sitting, standing, bending, reaching, & walking

Travel:

• This position may travel between local facilities. Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required.
