Express Employment Professionals Conway AR  is hiring now for an Apartment Maintenance. Pay will be dependent on experience.

Job Duties

• Manage and coordinate maintenance crew and equipment logistics operations, staffing and training functions.
• Coordinate and install, inspect, repair, and maintain the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC.
• Maintain grass areas as well as painting, replacing cabinets, toilet fixtures, light bulbs as well as light fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness on property grounds.
• Repair appliances and light electrical repair, including outlets and switches, some wiring. Repair refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, garbage disposers.
• Schedule and track service requests, aiding with service request issues; troubleshoot, when applicable.
• Maintain the overall upkeep, as it pertains to plumbing, electrical, painting heating, air conditioning and appliance repair.

Requirements

• 1 or more years supervisory experience
• HVAC License
• Driver’s License
• Clean Background
