Office Staff | $19/Hour | Haven, Kansas

Shift: Monday - Friday / 8 AM - 5 PM 

 

A Haven company is searching for Office Staff who will help with answering phones, data entry, record upkeep and other clerical duties as needed.

 

Key Accountabilities:

• Answering phones
• Data entry
• Complete tasks in ERP computer system
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Communicate with individuals related to his/her, such as employees, customers, and vendors

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: 

• Time management
• Organizational skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
