Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 Per Hour

Express Employment Professionals is currently assisting a client in their search to fill a Maintenance Technician position in Eagan, MN. This is a contract to hire job opportunity or a direct hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities for this Maintenance Technician job include:

• Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
• Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals.
• Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery.
• Cleaning, repairing, and installing equipment and parts as needed.
• Operating a variety of hand and power tools

What we look for:

• 1-2 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar role.
• Computer skills: MS Office applications
• Needs to have experience running table saws, drill presses, hand power tools.
• Bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally

• Monday-Friday
