Property Manager

Are you looking to put your property management experience to use?  Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a property management group to help them find their next Property Manager!  This company is looking to hire on.

The ideal candidate is someone who’s had previous experience in property management.

Pay & Benefits: 

• $18-20/hr
• Smaller apartment complexes
• Somewhat flexible schedule!

Schedule: This is a first shift position with very occasional OT as needed.

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Responsible for a variety of duties including showing properties, collecting rent, coordinating maintenance requests, handling resident questions, completing verifications, planning activities, and providing excellent service.
• Previous property management experience is required in addition to excellent customer service and math skills.
