Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Client Support Specialist for an Athens, GA Financial company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in Athens and surrounding areas who have openings that they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

In this role you will:

• Management of our CRM database, ensuring client data is up to date and accurate. This includes recording and updating client information, logging meeting notes, assigning activities, and running reports.
• Preparation of folders for client and prospect appointments.
• Responsible for email campaigns utilizing the FMG Marketing site.
• Preparation and mailing of client letters and drip correspondence: birthday, anniversary, etiquette, retirement and RMD.
• Responsible for client events: event coordination, distribution of invitations, gift ordering and sponsorships.
• Maintain required logs: deceased client, former client, and gift distribution.
• Prepare paperwork and establish automatic fund purchases, one-time distributions, guaranteed withdrawals, systematic withdrawals, change of banking instructions, change delivery method of fund company correspondence, name changes, change of beneficiary forms, etc.
• Email or mail statements to clients.
• Process all new money checks through CLIC and send to fund company:
  • -BLOT check/make copy of check
  • -Prepare Source of Funds form and print routing sip, then upload routing slip, check, and source of funds into Webcapture
  • -Prepare letter and mail to fund company, track check to confirm when received/funded at fund company, update spreadsheet
  • Call client to let them know when account has funded
• Assist clients with online access to their portfolios and/or fund company access.
• Access/download 1099’s and other tax documents and mail or email to client.
