Rare opening for personable, presentable, organized Supervisors to LEAD a team of housekeepers who will be cleaning rooms, offices and common areas at a prestigious college campus in Homewood, AL. 

This position will be the in the Athletic Buildings and Facilities. Tuesday- Saturday 10:00am -6:00pm

Schedule & Pay:

• $20.00 /hr. to start. 
• FULL TIME positions; long-term opportunities. 
• Athletics Buildings:  Tue-Sat, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm; requires flexibility re: some events ending later

• Most important qualifier: responsible, hard worker who takes pride in developing people and in the quality of your work. 
• Previous experience supervising/managing a team of people. 
• Strong communication & leadership skills; good team-builder.
• NOTE: This is a hands-on, working supervisor position (not in an office). 
• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, food services or other service positions a PLUS. 
• Must have valid drivers license and decent driving record; able to drive on campus between buildings.
• Willingness to be flexible, and shift buildings and job duties as needed. 
• Fluent in English; bi-lingual a PLUS.
• UNIFORM: Black slacks and black or gray shoes; Company logo shirt provided.
• Smoke-free campus; drug-free workplace.
• Background check required.
