Responsibilities of the Seasonal Tax Receptionist:

• Greeting customers
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Preparing tax documents
• Coping, scanning and assembling packets
• Preforming data entry duties

 

Requirements of the Seasonal Tax Receptionist:

• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Ability to work in fast pace environment and multi task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation & Schedule details for the Seasonal Tax Receptionist:

• Full-Time - Seasonal
• Working 8am-5pm Monday- Friday
• $17.00/hour
