This company is a privately-owned leading designer, manufacturer, and provider of high-definition mobile video surveillance solutions for multiple transportation industries across the United States and abroad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay rate is based on experience $12/hr.-$17/hr.

 

Responsibilities:

Work with professional individuals on products specific to the transportation industry for school buses, mass transit trains and buses, law enforcement vehicles, and locomotives

Troubleshoot customer issues with products and software
Assist with customer returns
Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose the problem in a timely manner
Communicate with other internal departments to handle the customer''s technical needs
Be self-motivated, punctual, professional, and dependable

Experience:

Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
