Express Employment Professionals  is hiring a full time Recruitment Assistant in Conway, AR. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:50 am to 5 pm. The ideal candidate will be professional in communication and demeanor and have a positive attitude with a passion for helping people. The right person will have a strong desire to grow the business and thrive in a very fast-paced work environment. Pay will be $14/hr to start for the right candidate. This position will grow into a professional recruiting or sales position for the right candidate.

Job Duties

• Handle multiple phone lines, in person visitors, email and mail communications in a professional and timely manner
• Recruit and screen applicants, answer questions about positions available and the process required
• Posts job openings on all channels available. Utilizes social media and other resources to attract applicants
• Assist with screening process including: drug screening, processing background checks, completing references etc.

 

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
