A Dietary Aide will help prepare meals, deliver meals to residents, as well as maintain the cleanliness of work areas.
Dietary Aide Responsibilities:
Assembles prepared food for general and therapeutic diets as well as for cafeteria customers.
Disassembles trays and prepares dishes and utensils for washing through flight dish machine.
Interacts with patients, residents & clients to distribute hot food and records meal intakes.
Takes food temperatures prior to and after meal service and accurately records them.
Accurately dates all food and beverages opened on the units.
