Salary: $20.00 - $24.00/hour

A innovative creator of STEM educational technology tools and projects is seeking a personable and creative Help Desk Specialist to support customers, educators, and parents in trouble shooting any issues with their catalog of educational materials. Job duties for the Help Desk/Tech Support Specialist include:   

  • Provide technical assistance for customers via phone, email, or video conferencing tools 
  • Keep track of all customer inquiries, including how and when the issue was resolved and other useful information using Salesforce CRM 
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features on digital curriculum platform or provisioned software 
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions to the Product team and provide replacements and/or options to customers 
  • Maintain basic knowledge of all company products and featured software 
  • Provide support for company Trainers onsite and review Training Debriefs for improvements to technology products, software, and educational tools 
  • Develop and maintain technical and troubleshooting documentation for internal and 
  • customer use 
  • Keep in touch with customers to ensure their needs have been met 

 

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/hour 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am-4:00pm  

Location: Longmont, CO 

Position Type: Full-time 

 

Help Desk Specialist Qualifications: Customer service or support experience in a call center or help desk environment required.
