Job Description:

• Full time / long term with increased earning potential Benefits available
• Pay rate is based on experience
• New Construction and repair of existing structures
• Remodeling of baths, kitchens, common areas etc.
• Utilize hand and power tools, clean up debris, demolition, dry wall, basic plumbing and electrical
• M-F daytime hours with occasional evenings if needed and possibly on call one weekend per month with compensation.

Qualifying skills:

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Experience on a construction crew preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn construction skills on-site
• Ability to complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Advanced organizational skills
• Able to pass drug and background screening
