Qualifications
- *Fluent communication required in both English and Spanish*
- Communicate accurately and concisely when relaying information
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent listening skills
- Proficient in the use of computers, typing, and other office equipment
- Have worked 1-3 years in a service industry, such as apparel retail, restaurant server, hotel front desk, call center, receptionist, etc
- Available to work 40 hours/week, including some evenings and Saturdays, as well as seasonal overtime
Responsibilities
- A successful CSR will communicate well with customers through multiple channels, provide information and explain products and services
- Representatives listen to and offer service/solutions, accept and enter orders, while also addressing questions about and resolving issues with our products, policies, and shipments
- Assisting customers with order processing via multi-communication channels
- Advising customers about product styles and sizing
- Responding to customer inquiries about shipments, returns, and billing
- Maintaining good records of call activity in the customer database
- Completing office tasks, as required, while maintaining work standards and productivity levels
Work Location: Trenton, IL.
Pay: $16-17/hr
