Salary: $80,000- $100,000 Annually

Assistant Controller

An advertising fulfillment service center in Ann Arbor and Flint is looking for a highly analytical Assistant Controller. You’ll be responsible for ensuring financial reporting, accounting systems, processes and controls are compliant with all technical and regulatory requirements. This is a direct-hire role.

What you’ll be doing as an Assistant Controller

• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Analyze financial information to drive the proactive analysis of variances
• Oversee 4 employees in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions

What you’ll need to succeed as an Assistant Controller

• 5+ years of related experience without a CPA
• 3+ years’ experience of related with a CPA
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and Accounting software

Additional information for the Assistant Controller

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience
• M-F, 8am – 5PM
• Flint, 48507  - will need to work on Flint and Ann Arbor
