Salary: $38-40/hour

Hiring a skilled production worker for a custom door and window manufacturing shop. This position requires someone with well over 5 years of specific shop experience, who has great attention to deal, is self motivated, can communicate with the team and does their job with precision and integrity.

Work requirements include:

• Competency in milling, machining, and assembly of window and doors components to a professional level of millwork and joinery methods from the start.
• Knowledge of machining equipment and analyze processes to make recommendations for increased capacity within six months.
• Lead others with effective communication and provide professional guidance to meet QC standards
• Break industry hierarchy: work where and when as needed.
• Fluent in English communication skills, both written and oral.
• High priority in meeting and maintaining safe work rules, habits and procedures.
• Advance skills and knowledge through advanced education in cost shared company benefits

Starting wage offered: $38 - $40/hour (negotiable)

Mondays – Friday, day shifts.
