Salary: $18 - $20 DOE, + monthly bonus

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Monitor job file status; job file audit status
- Maintain job file WIPs (Work in Progress)
- Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
- Review and validate initial field documentation
- Create preliminary estimate
- Daily job file coordination; perform job file backup
- Maintain internal and external communications
- Prepare job file reports; complete & review job file documentation prior to uploading
- Complete job file audit process, and job close-out process
Schedule & Pay:
- Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm (some OT available)
- $18.00-$20.00/hr PLUS monthly performance bonus
Here's What Makes YOU a Great Fit:
- Min. 2 years of administrative or office-related experience
- Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; professional communicator in person and over the phone
- Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during ALL situations
- Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel); natural ability to learn new software
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Dependable & punctual; take pride in your work
- Drug-free; background check
Benefits Package Included:
- 40hrs vacation after first year, 24 hours personal time as well.
- 30 days after hire, earn 2 hours PTO per pay period.
