Job Description:

A local Huntsville company is searching for a Leasing Agent who will have core responsibilities in leasing Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Leasing Agent to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed Leasing team. This role works independently with customers, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential. This leasing company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Our Leasing team is vital to our success.

What we look for:

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• Six months or more experience in property leasing
• Type 30+ words per minute
