Salary: $18-$21/hr.

An energy technology company in Longmont is seeking experienced Customer Service candidates to join their team as the Customer Service Administrator. This position is the first point of contact for all incoming customer calls and is charged with problem solving customer issues and solving or distributing information/requests to the appropriate department (sales, service, tech support, production etc.) This is a evaluation to hire position with benefits available immediately! Job duties for the Customer Service Admin will include:  

  

  • Communicating with customers to identify needs and provide solutions 
  • Processing customer service orders 
  • Monitoring and responding to emails, calls, and website chat requests from customers 
  • Investigating and resolving administrative customer issues 
  • Following up and processing product returns and repairs 
  • Data Entry and electronic filing 
  • Obtaining vendor quotes. 

Location: Longmont, CO 

Position Type: Full-time, 

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/hour 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00pm 

Qualifications:  Customer service experience required. Administrative or manager experience preferred. Experience in the technology or energy fields a plus!
