AV/Security Technician / Control4 Programmer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs service, installation, and activation of security, surround sound, speakers and system components requiring the Control4 automation products and lighting
• Maintain professionalism while working closely with customers on work orders
• Train and instruct customer on how to operate systems and functions.
• Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions.

Qualifications:

• Active Control4 Automation Programmer Certification (or higher)
• Driver’s License
• Strong understanding of Residential AV, Home Automation, and Lighting Control
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with security /AV installations required
• Strong verbal and organizational skills
