Position Summary - Claims Advocate Our Claims Advocates are responsible for collaboration with insurance carriers and overall property insurance claim management. The purpose of the role is to settle water restoration invoices with insurance representatives through negotiation, customer service, and evaluating the facts of the loss and work performed. Advocates work as an intermediary between the Restoration Contractors we represent and the Insurance Carriers that are paying the invoices. The job itself is task-based and streamlined through custom-designed CRM software. Important qualities for the role include:

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in customer service.
  • Experience working with high volume phone calls. 
  • Tech savy

 

If selected, candidates will go through a two week classroom setting training course. 

After two weeks, candidates will gradually increase on the job workload.
