Customer Service Representative - $18-26/hr 

 

Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local commercial printing company with filling a Customer Service Representative role. The Customer Service Representative will:

• Be primary point of contact and communicates job status with customers, production, and sales
• Receive and review quotes
• Create production tickets 
• Manages and coordinate specific projects with customers and production team
• Communicate with customers, sales and production teams regarding scheduling and job questions
• Perform quality checks and provide proofs or samples for customers
• Prepare invoices for billing completed jobs
• Handle customer retention

What we look for in a Customer Service Representative:

• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Experience in the print industry preferred
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
• Computer proficient and ability to meet deadlines
