$23 to $25hr depending on experience.

Monday thru Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm

 

Boutique CPA/Business Management Firm is seeking a Receptionist to join a team of professionals in their Beverly Hills adjacent LA location.

 

Summary: Seeking a receptionist to answer phones, do filing, answer emails, make deposits and stuff envelopes as well as various other admin duties. You will work in an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork. Clients include small businesses, real estate owners and developers, entertainment individuals and companies, and high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling appointments.

 

Receptionist Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

$23 to $25hr depending on experience.
