$18 to $20hr depending on experience.

Monday thru Friday - 6am to 2:30pm


High end skincare manufacturer and distributor in Burbank is looking for an Inventory Control Clerk to join their team.

Summary: Seeking a detail oriented, hardworking inventory clerk with warehouse experience and excellent math and communication skills. You will be responsible for work orders and incoming shipments into to the retains site, and will help print out item labels for the warehouse. You will disassemble work orders as needed, creates and prints out cycle when needed, facilitate all production work orders, corrects any lot discrepancies, job requires a lot of manual labor like palletizing finish good and shrink wrapping pallets. forklift, warehouse and shipping and receiving experience. Your responsibilities would include maintaining inventory records and preparing balance and shortages reports. Successful inventory clerks should have strong math and analytical skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. Ideal candidates are physically fit and have warehouse experience, working knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet software. Must be able to pass basic math test.



  • Maintains inventory accuracy and locations of all materials in the warehouse.
  • Perform cycle counts per the established schedule.
  • Maintain warehouse receiving log.
  • Assist with packing and shipping when needed.
  • Pick work Orders for production.
  • Facilitates all production work orders.
  • Allocates, transfers, and closes work orders.
  • Observes all lot issues and adjusts or corrects any lot discrepancies.
  • Disassembles work orders as needed.
  • Maintains work order manual time log and Bulk pre- calc worksheet.
  • Creates and prints out new cycle counts for the Warehouse.
  • Filing of work orders and cycle count reports.
  • Communicates with the Production department regarding work orders.
  • Transfers all Retains from work orders and incoming shipments into the Retains site, and helps print out item labels for the Warehouse when they cannot.
  • Supports the Inventory Analyst and Warehouse with inventory research in Great Plains when inventory discrepancies may arise.
  • Adhere to all safety polices and is forklift certified.
  • Maintain the work areas in a clean orderly fashion.
  • Follows Standard Operating Procedures at all times. (SOPs)
  • Use scan guns to transfer components to Production for Work Orders.
  • Will perform any duty given by a Supervisor or Plant Manager.



  • High school diploma.
  • 2+ years’ experience in inventory control.
  • Experience with sit down forklift
  • Excellent math and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours.
  • Forklift experience beneficial.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
