We are doing some exciting things with a closet and storage company that caters to homeowners and small businesses. They have asked us to help them find an Office Manager to greet customers, schedule consultations, manage their showroom, and support the President and her team. 

 

They need someone who can work Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm, one of their busiest days.

 

You can choose additional days to work Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, so this job is perfect for someone seeking part-time work.

 

Pay is $19.00 per hour.

 

This job is contract-to-hire, so assuming you like the company and they like you, you will be hired in 4-5 months.

What will you be doing as the Office Manager?

  • Welcoming new customers and answering phone calls.
  • Scheduling appointments for in-home consultations and storage projects.
  • Greet walk-in customers.
  • Show people around the showroom
  • Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks online
  • Put together customer packets and inserts
  • Additional administrative duties, as needed
